The Wetlands Institute is a non-profit organization, and many of our educational efforts are funded and staffed by members and volunteers. These efforts help increase understanding of the coastal environment and help support crucial research programs.

We need volunteers! Every year lots of people help out as guides at special events, in the shop and in the office.

When you join or help out, WE ALL WIN! And, in their own way, so do the creatures who inhabit these beautiful and important marshes and tidepools.
